This morning we had a guest speaker come to are school to talk to 5th grade about this life and about his country named Konde Farm. “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” This quote means to me that if you do something really good to help someone then you make that person or group feel good. What the people in Sierra Leone go to school in is not the same as every other school in the US they do not have desk they have benches instead. Another project i would like to do to help Sierra Leone is to donate clothing or even toys and some more money to build even more wells in Sierra Leone. The steps we would need to get to this project would be to tell the hole school about Mr. Samuel and what we would need to get to what we need. Some Africa people think that some American people are very generous and some Americans have more than they need. What we can do to help for people not to have more then other people do like close they could give them to people in Sierra Leone. Some things that surprised me is that the only sport they have there is soccer. Another question that i have for him is did any of your family get Abola?
Today we watched a video that was from Kid President. So today we have to think of something that we could say more often. So what i thought of this “Life is tough, but so are you.” I think i should say this more often because when my friend hurt my feelings my i felt like that i was being treated badly and not telling some one that she was being mean to me but i should just said i am good at this and no one can tell me that i am not good at doing something that i am good at. So when someone is being mean to me i will just say to my self i am good that and no one can tell me different. |
